Ordering: When forming a DM, avoid starting with just a "hi" and instead write what you would like in the first message, so I know you're not a bot. I have an intake form I may send to get started.

References: I will request reference of the desired character and pose. These can be a stickman drawing, pose refs from the internet or other source, an in-depth description of character appearance, etc. DO NOT send me an "AI" generated image as reference.

Request Refusal: I have the right to refuse any commission request regardless of reason. I uphold the right to cancel and refund any order after accepting a request.

Communication: Please try to reply to check ins in a timely manner as I will not proceed with the piece without approval of the current stage.

Updates: The default for sending updates is after every stage of work (rough sketch, requested changes, clean sketch, line, etc.). Client may request a different update schedule.

Re-dos: Full re-dos of a sketch are free until deemed excessive or unreasonable, at which an extra charge may be requested. Small or partial changes to design, pose, color, etc. are always free before the final render.

Payment Methods: I accept PayPal, Venmo, and Stripe. Pay with U.S. dollars if able.

Payment: Default pay is after completion (but appreciated up front). A watermarked version will be sent for approval and pay is expected upon approval of this final version. After payment is received, the complete image will be delivered.

Delivery: File delivery is preferred via Google Drive or Dropbox. Email also works if comfortable.

Tips: I accept tips if you'd like to add onto the base payment. It is always very appreciated.

Refunds: If paying in advance, refunds are considered up to a final sketch. No refunds after product is complete.

Usage/Credit: If posting the commissioned work or using it online, artist credit must be given, like my username in bio or in the post containing the piece. My work may not be used for commercial reasons unless agreed upon.

Canvas: Default canvas size (for character art) is 8.5 inch by 8.5 inch, 350 dpi, RGB color, and delivered with a transparent PNG background.

Copyright: Rights to all work commissioned from me remain with the artist, StraeSketches also known as Annastraea. Commissioned works are only to be used for non-commercial and non-profit reasons. I reserve the right to keep my signature on commissioned pieces.
